Project Description
Project Title: “Hope in Action: Expanding Outreach for Families, Seniors & Children”
Goals & Objectives:
Expand delivery programs to reach at least 500 foster children and 300 seniors annually with gifts, food, and wellness resources.
Host quarterly community events (health fairs, awareness campaigns, mentorship sessions).
Develop a volunteer training program to engage at least 50 community volunteers per year.
Launch a resource center hub with workshops on financial literacy, parenting support, and youth leadership.
Activities & Methods:
Strengthen partnerships with local foster agencies and senior homes.
Recruit volunteers through schools, sororities/fraternities, and businesses.
Secure toy, food, and clothing donations for year-round distribution.
Implement evaluation surveys to track program effectiveness.
